"Shooting for Composites" workshop takes place on Sunday 31st May 2015 in Liverpool (venue to be advised) and will run from 10.30 until 16.30.
This is an all day workshop and will feature theory, lighting, photography and image manipulation, to build a believable composite image.
Cost is £99 and is limited to 10 attendees, refreshments included.
Please click the payment button at the bottom of the page to book this workshop.
After looking at the theory of light, and ways in which we can control it, we will set up a light stage and shoot a live model. This is a 'hands on' part of the day and attendees are invited to photograph the model, to get images they can use themselves later, and to get tuition on their camera craft.
To utilise the lighting we will be using, you will need a camera that has a hot shoe fitting, and has a manual mode. (If unsure let me know your camera model and I can check)
In the final part of the day I will demonstrate image manipulations techniques and considerations, using images taken on the day. Attendees are supplied with notes, and are encouraged to make their own notes also, so they can practice and learn the techniques demonstrated later at their own pace. This part of the day is demonstration based, we want people to learn by observing and to take as much information in as possible.
We will end with a Q&A session.
