The 92nd Scottish International Photography Exhibition has patronage from FIAP (Fédération Internationale de l'Art Photographique), The PSA (The Photographic Society of America), The PAGB (Photographic Alliance of Great Britain) and The RPS (Royal Photographic Society).
The international exhibition is organised and ran by The Scottish Photographic Federation, and awards are recognised and count towards FIAP and The PSA in their worldwide award schemes.
The exhibition was judged by nine selectors of international standing across three days of judging.
The image above 'Be My Valentine' won The PSA Gold Medal awarded for Best Overall Picture in its category. There were over 9,000 world wide entries submitted to the exhibition in six categories. Overall I had fourteen pictures accepted into the exhibition, with this one and another both receiving awards.
The exhibition will be shown in two different venues, starting at Aberdeen and ending in East Kilbride. Details are on the organisers website.
